Ostarine for women

Ostarine for women, that is the question. Is it only men’s world or what?

Well, I am done with my 8 – week cycle with ostarine and I got to know the substance very well. I am a man, oh yeah! My results, as far as pumping muscle have not been adequate I know. It has not done miracles, but boy it is functioning. My pump is much harder, my regeneration quicker, for the first time in my life I was able to bench press 100kg and make it in a series – 9x reps. If my 8 – week cycle was not adequate, that is completely my fault. I have been vacationing for two weeks, completely without practice. I think I misused very anabolic protein, from which I have gained more fat than pure muscle.

What about Ostarine for women there?

Ostarine for Women – Is it a men’s world?

First, let us get you some intro to Androgens and SARMs specifically. We are going to explain them relative to steroids because this is the deal here, why the substance is so promising – it may replace therapeutic and other uses of steroids completely.

What is SARMs

SARMs stand for selective androgen receptor modulator. They are intended to have the same kind of effects as androgenic drugs like anabolic steroids but be much more selective in their action. For that reason, that they are selective, they are approved for many more uses than anabolic steroids. We believe that SARMs can help you get a great physique and bone density. We should have a respect for them, but that won’t stop us from the smart usage of these substances.

Androgens and Steroidal Androgens – what it means to be manly

Androgens are essential for male development and the maintenance of male secondary characteristics, such as bone mass, muscle mass, body composition, and spermatogenesis. Basically, all that a male individual would look for. However, there are several disadvantages to steroidal androgens.

Steroids have brought many health concerns and issues and rightfully they have been proclaimed as an epidemic. The most known steroid in this matter is male androgenic hormone testosterone. For several decades, testosterone and its synthetic derivatives have been used for anabolic and androgenic purposes. These substances were first restricted to professional bodybuilders but became more and more popular among recreational athletes. Testosterone is naturally produced by our bodies. When it is supplemented externally transient or persistent impairment of male reproductive function is very probable to occur.

Side effects are well reported. To the most common and serious belong Acne, alopecia and Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) attributable to prostate enlargement, erectile dysfunction and libido loss, gynecomastia (man boobs), liver damage. However the most the most severe consequences of long-term use of steroids use are associated with the cardiovascular system. Hypertension, arrhythmia, erythrocytosis and ventricular dysfunctions have been reported. Mortality risk among chronic users is estimated to be 4.6 times higher than among non-users.

All of this for a vision for big, strong, muscular body. Yes, it’s very manly to have such a physique. We support our readers to maintain the best bodily condition.  But not at this price!

And then there are SARMs. They have been developed to reap the benefits and potential of steroid androgen modulators, yet diminish their side effects. Quite a noble endeavor.

Comparison of SARMs to anabolic steroids (Testosterone)

Currently used androgens for male hormone replacement therapy are typically injectable or skin delivery formulations of testosterone or testosterone esters. SARMs are administered orally. “S” stands for selective, so they should target just organs meant to be targeted. Of course, they are not perfect and a lot of more is yet to be delivered. For the most part, they are not lipids (steroids) but usually proteins.

None of the SARMs yet developed are truly selective for anabolic effects in muscle or bone tissues without producing any androgenic effects in tissues such as the prostate gland, however, several nonsteroidal androgens show a ratio of anabolic to androgenic effects of greater than 3:1 and up to as much as 90:1 (RAD-140), compared to testosterone, which has a ratio of 1:1. (Wikipedia) This is a HUGE step forward! This is promising because at reasonable dosages (and it’s all about dosage frankly like with any substance) SARMs can be very beneficial, and not just to get in great shape, but for instance in helping bone density by diseases like osteoporosis. One substantial advantage of even the first-generation SARMs developed to date is that they are all orally active without causing liver damage.

So far the most progressive SARMs, that made it to clinical studies are OstarineLGD – 4033.

Effects of Androgens on Women

If Androgens like testosterone, steroids get into woman’s body, they will enhance muscle mass and possibly bone density. The problem with anabolic steroids, in general, is that they are not specific and they will affect different tissues of your body. In the result, women might experience the symptoms of the process which is called virilization.

Virilization or masculinization is the biological development of sex differences. This is happening naturally, through androgens during prenatal, postnatal and puberty period. However, this can happen (by steroids it is very probable) with the substances as well. As androgens will bind to receptors of different body’s tissues, women can experience masculinization – deeper voice, more angular manly shapes, muscle mass will increase, so will the sex drive.

In another hand, men can have a similar problem, which is called gynecomastia. Men can experience the inappropriate development of breast, they might get moody, experience depression.

What about Ostarine for Women, so effects of SARMs on women?

SARMs are most of all androgens with high specificity. They effect largely bone and muscle tissues. They might affect different tissues, but this is incomparable to anabolic steroids.

Ostarine for women the good news

Above we wanted to portray the possible side effects for women ergo emasculation. Are SARMs 100% safe? Probably not.  When I was at my 8 – week cycle I was experiencing slight nausea, sometimes even felt dizzy, but there were days when I had up to 40mg of Ostarine (women would take 10mg max 20mg). But never I felt any intimidating side effects, no boobs growing or depression. I was actually pretty manly the whole time of my cycle. I was horny as hell too and at the gym I wanted to rip my t-shirt off. The biggest turn off for me was that I was tired at work and I had to supplement this with higher intake of coffee than usual. Normally I have around 2 coffees a day, during my cycle I had 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day.

But back to women and the good news. The good news is women need very small amounts of the substance to be effective. When men might consume up to 50mg per day of ostarine, women are perfectly fine with 10 mg per day. This is a very safe zone! By 10mg women can experience higher motivation at the gym, better performance, enhanced sex drive and also many report smoother skin.

There are some reviews on youtube. Many are sponsored, but I do believe these ladies were honest in their reviews. Take a look.

Women can benefit from taking Ostarine tremendously especially when expecting lean muscle gains and bone density enhancement. Side effects may incur however they are very improbable and mild as SARMs are selective substances effecting to the most part only bone and muscle tissues. If side effects are experienced and they are quite severe, the cycle should be stopped immediately and the situation gets to normal in a time span of week or two. Ostarine will enhance your performance at the gym, it will enhance your power by doing squats, help you build the abs you’ve always dreamed of.

It will definitely help, but it’s not everything that you should rely on if you want a great physique.

Actually, it is just part of the story.
